Valvenco has established supply agreements and provides turnaround support for control valves and instrumentation. Valvenco can provide dedicated support on plant shut downs and turnarounds offering 24 hour emergency spares on plants throughout the UK.

LNG – Storage and Pipeline

Valvenco has provided technical valve solutions with valve sizing calculations to Engineering Contractors on the design of LNG transmission pipeline systems. The valve solutions significantly reduce pipe line pressure drops with the supply of specially engineered nozzle check valves. Valvenco has also supplied control and isolating valves on various LNG projects including installations in the UK and Australia.   

Oil & Gas

Onshore and offshore applications, manual and actuated valve packages including solutions for the most critical and severe applications. Valvenco have the experience and technical expertise to work with both customers and manufactures to ensure the most cost effective, fit for purpose solutions are provided to meet or, better still, exceed customer expectations.

Pipelines

Valvenco has engineered and supplied valves to many pipeline projects including the design of actuator control systems for shutdown applications and line break system. We have supplied a comprehensive range of values from fully welded to line serviceable top entry, always meeting our clients exacting technical and environmental requirements.

MRO

Using our extensive stock of control valves, on/off valves and spare parts, Valvenco provides reliable MRO support to ensure limited downtime and continued production. We are a Baker Hughes approved channel partner and have well established links with several other leading manufacturers. This, combined with our large stock, allows us to provide flexible solutions to the challenges facing our clients. We are committed to supporting our MRO customers as they ensure the continued efficiency and safety of their assets.
