Quality assurance is a corner stone of the LFF Group with processes and procedures developed around the continual improvement model set out by the industry standard ISO 9001. Conceived in 1991, years of experience and expertise have been distilled into a set of process based procedures covering the fundamental activities set out in our procedure index.
This long standing and highly developed quality management system has now been implemented internationally throughout the group ensuring we deliver the highest quality of service and product to clients across the globe.
